Did you know that most cases of hemorrhoids can be got rid off at home by making some changes to your lifestyle and by taking a supplement? Let me tell you about how I revised some of my daily habits and used a hemorrhoid treatment called Venapro to relieve my hemorrhoids after suffering for more than a year.
I used to be in pain often went to the bathroom. I guess that I was pushing too much and putting great pressure on the muscles in my rectum. This made going to the bathroom painful and often left me with a painful rectum! When I began to see blood in the toilet after using the toilet I was really anxious.
I went to my doctor and the medical report indicated internal hemorrhoids. She prescribed the typical treatments for hemorrhoid relief including:
- Applying ice packs on the impacted areas.
- Taking sitz baths to soak the rectal area in hot water for 15-20 minutes about 3-4 times a day.
- Wiping with a wet pad or witch hazel after each bowel movement.
She told me that the best way to treat hemorrhoids was to eat more fiber and drink lots of water. The reason for this is that water and fiber help your stools become soft and full so they are expelled easier. So there’s no more pushing and impacting those sensitive rectal veins.
So I started consuming more of healthy items such as citrus frutis, apples, bananas, prunes, greens and squash. I eventually eliminated foods such as baked goods, pastries, sweets and sodas because they lead to constipation.
I also added some exercise each day. After sitting at my desk for 2 hours I would get up and walk or do some taichi. This seemed to help my constipation and I felt some improvement. After about 30 days my hemorrhoids were causing me not much discomfort but they were still present.
Since I really wanted to accelerate the improvement, I decided to research some natural hemorrhoids products. After much time on the Internet, I discovered that there are several ingredients that are well known to relieve hemorrhoids. These include:
*Butcher’s Broom - this is used to relieve constipation, pressure, and swelling.
*Witch Hazel - this is an anti-inflammatory discovered to relax the veins and relieve pressure and reduces hemorrhoid distress.
*Horse Chestnut - this is used to lessen the welling up and itching of piles and varicose veins.
*Cascara Sagrada- this is used to help digestive system to produce a softer, smoother bowel movement so that hemorrhoids are less likely to develop.
While researching I also saw that many other hemorrhoid sufferers were consuming a natural product called Venapro. I visited the Venapro website and looked up the specifications in their formula, doing a Venapro Hemorrhoid review. The formula had all of the ingredients I had researched and much more. I compared the ingredients in Venapro to several other hemorrhoid products and discovered Venapro had the largest number of active ingredients. The price was good too so I decided to order a one month supply.
Within the first week I noticed a difference in my hemorrhoids. There was significantly less swelling and I had no constipation at all. Things were, should I say, going expeditously, and I was feeling lighter than I had been in many months.
I have been taking Venapro for four weeks, as of the writing of this article my hemorrhoids are almost gone. Since my first order of the Venapro Colon Health Formula and Oral Spray are almost totally consumed I just ordered some more, and chose a larger supply since that’s a better value. The customer feedback that I’ve read seem to say that when Venapro is consumed daily over a period of several weeks, it can help you treat hemorrhoids totally. That’s what I want.
I can’t guarantee that Venapro will work for everyone. I don’t always believe in magic bullets and I know that my positive experience is also due to the tweaks I’ve made in my diet and exercise routines. Still, I don’t want to be without Venapro in my bathroom cabinet. I really believe it helped me accelerate the healing process.
Do compare Venapro to other treatments by going to some review websites before you buy Venapro. Venapro may work for you too!

Having a hemorrhoid condition can often lead to the patient having jokes cracked about his or her condition. It is however, not a very funny matter and deserves to be taken seriously, and if you happen to be the unfortunate one that has hemorrhoids you will certainly not be amused by being laughed at given the fact that it is an extremely painful experience that you would not wish your worst enemy to suffer. Hemorrhoids can also lead to other serious health concerns, if it is left untreated. You may have either internal or external hemorrhoids with the latter being more painful, though internal hemorrhoids can cause bleeding in the rectum as well. You can be sure that the cause of hemorrhoids will most probably be a rupture of a vein, which will cause blood to spill from the rupture and even turn into a blood clot. This is the springboard from where hemorrhoids can exacerbate into one of the two forms – internal or external hemorrhoids. Possible Causes The cause of hemorrhoids may also be a genetic factor where the rectal veins may not be strong enough, and thus may easily get ruptured resulting in hemorrhoids. Another cause [...] Continue Reading…

This condition is often something that people get because of a genetic predisposition. Other people get hemorrhoids because of their sedentary lifestyle or poor eating habits. Hemorrhoids are a swelling of blood vessels in the rectal area that rarely go away without a cure. This condition can affect their activities so it is imperative that those suffering from this condition look for a cure for hemorrhoids. Statistics suggest that as many as half the population has hemorrhoids. Some of these people get hemorrhoids because they sit for long periods of time. Some of these people cannot avoid this because they have to sit to get their job done. Other people sit to watch television. These people might be able to get a cure for hemorrhoids by getting up and doing some exercise. The people at work might try to get up whenever possible. Other people might find a cure by changing their habits in the bathroom. Straining can produce hemorrhoids so for people with this habit, they [...] Continue Reading…

Humans have hemorrhoids so why not dogs? If you consider the fact that dogs eat considerable amounts of food thus causing a lot of waste to accumulate in their bodies you would be well on your way to answering the question “do dogs have hemorrhoids,” given the fact that the rectum area can often be constricted and the chances of a dog having constipation or hard feces are quite great. No doubt humans are prone to have hemorrhoids, but dogs too have hemorrhoids although rather infrequently. The reason why dogs have hemorrhoids less frequently than humans do is because they walk on four feet as compared with the two-footed humans, which is why dogs do not experience quite the same pressure on the anus as do humans. The fact is that since dogs do have hemorrhoids, there are also many cures and treatments available for them, though it may not be all that easy to find the treatment for your hemorrhoid afflicted pet. You may use over-the-counter creams, medicines as well as ointments that work on humans on your dog, which should help to alleviate their symptoms. However, the number of treatments specifically meant to cure the dog that [...] Continue Reading…

If you have ever suffered from hemorrhoids you would know that it is not a laughing matter and that it should be taken seriously right from the first signs; however you must know what to look for in order to recognize the symptoms and get a doctor’s consultation in order to confirm the disorder and start a treatment. Here are a few guidelines on how to recognize, treat and prevent external hemorrhoids when possible. One of the most common causes of external hemorrhoids is straining during bowel movement, which is usually caused by constipation, drugs that you may be administering due to a medical condition, pregnancy, old age or anal intercourse.
