I need around 6 to 8 hours sleep most days. And the average working day I would say is eight hours and probably travelling time of around two hours per day.

because we spend so much time on the go good nutritious food and excercise sometimes take a back seat.

From my experience speaking as a unattached person in my opinion it makes very little difference. I have found cooking for 2 is almost the same as cooking for my self.

There are countless explainations why people are in poor health and suffering from overweight problems.

My fathers practice was to masticate his food until it formed a liquid in is mouth if that was not possible then he would not swallow it. There was method to his madness the strain on the digestive system had a affect a ammune system was his explaination.

His thoughts were when you use this method it would reduce the size of your stomach and would not need as much food.

He also believed in extracting the juice of fruit and vegetables the combination can vary but his recipe was; apples .celery, carrot, garlic, ginger,

I would like to point out he lived to a ripe old age of eighty six and never suffered any real illness in his life.

Due to our life styles today it is a challenge to lose weight and enjoy a healthy life style and choose the right foods. With our busy life styles I understand it is not always possible to carry out what my father was able to achieve, but there are other ways to lose weight and enjoy a good healthy life style
